  1. volunteers and/or employees that come and go — draining time and resources retraining and managing people

  2. lack of prioritization in creating creative systems to retain people and build long-term organizational knowledge​

 

This issue has intensified as the job market becomes increasingly more competitive with wages insufficient to support a comfortable life.

We ask these questions which guide our methodology —

  • What type of people does the organization attract and where is the untapped potential?

  • How can we leverage non-conventional, non-compensational methods in a post-COVID, remote/hybrid workplaces to engage and retain intergenerational talent?
